Get the space ready before doors open. Your shift is from 7pm-8pm.

Your Shift

• Check-in with the floor manager to see if there are specific tasks beyond this list.
• Set up the registration desk

  • Take the QR codes for reg + payment
  • Take out the map
  • Put up room signs
  • Put up Swing Violation sign outside the entrance
  • Replace bathroom supplies
  • Empty trash cans
  • Purple & Green Room: Add speakers x2, flood lights, DJ table + table cloth, folding chair

Find a floor manager. Some problems are above your pay grade — that's okay. Floor managers wear blue glowing bands.
