Help return the venue to baseline. Check in with floor manager for delegation.

Task Checklist

• Sweep floors with push broom

  • Utility closet next to Gold Room
• Turn off electricals

  • Powerstrips
  • DJ booth (Chapel)
  • Floor behind floor sub (Gallery)
  • Floor next to DJ booth (Gallery)
• Unplug speakers + fold up tables (Purple/Green)
• Unplug and collect floor lights

When room is empty of attendees

• Collect left-behind items for Lost & Found
• Turn off all lights
• Close doors when everyone has left
• Leave attendee belongings in room
• Empty trash bins + refill paper towels
